Omega Community Management, Inc. is a Florida Licensed Community Association Management Firm. We are locally owned and operated. Omega works with many developers in organizing and facilitating the pre-turnover procedures of local HOAs, allowing the transition to be completed in a smooth, efficient, and effective manner. Omega works with Boards in organizing the post-turnovers, prioritizing their future plans and agendas, and then implementing those agendas.
Omega has worked with numerous large homeowner and condominium associations in dealing with difficult situations, including all facets of re-roofing, painting, major hurricane damage renovation projects, major road repaving projects, etc.
Omega has in-depth experience in assisting Associations in obtaining the best insurance coverages at the best rates.
Omega has licensed Community Association Managers (CAMs), a full time accountant on staff as well as administrative staff, compliance officer and maintenance personal to serve all your needs.
David Hoffman - President (LCAM)
Mr. Hoffman is a long time resident of Brevard County, 40+ years. As a result, he has dealt with most of the contractors that your Association will be interacting with. This is an advantage in assisting the Board in choosing a competent qualified contractor.
Mr. Hoffman is a Florida Notary and offers personal service for members at no charge.
